Pedicure Perfection

Pedicure Perfection

Admit it ladies -few of you like your feet and even fewer of you would ever think of showing them off. The fact is that you are on your feet all day long and your feet are on the front lines for breaking in those new heels, boots and flip flops. They take a beating and still push on to get you from A to B.  So if you've never said thanks to your little toes, now is the time - it's pedicure season!

Here are the top three reasons to treat yourself, because lets face it - if those feet ever go on strike, then how will we get to the beach?

#1
It's good for your health.

We are all health crazed and taking care of your feet is no joke.  Your feet endure thousands of pounds of pressure per day, walk possible thousands of steps and deserve some TLC. Pedicures generally promote circulation with the aid of a soothing foot soak and massage. Better circulation increases blood flow to and from the heart which in turn increases blood flow to the brain, which then increases alertness and overall health.

#2
Clean up, aisle 5.

Cleanliness! We wash our faces, brush our teeth, but do we wash our feet before going to bed? Feet get calluses, cracks, and sometimes blisters. Pedicures remove build ups of dead skin cells, dirt and other questionables that may start to creep on your feet.

#3
Confidence

How many of us really like to show off those toes? Crooked straight, long, chubby, everyone has a different set. Taking the time out of your day to beautify your digits may just give you the confidence boost you need.  There's nothing like a fresh set of painted toes in any rainbow color to boast that you're ready for whatever summer has to give.

Pedicures are relaxing and it's time this summer that you take 20 minutes to enjoy yourself and your toes.
